Coaching Conversations and Effective Feedback equips frontline leaders with the skills necessary to conduct impactful coaching conversations and provide constructive feedback.
After participating in this workshop, leaders will understand the key elements of effective coaching and feedback, including techniques to foster open communication, active listening, and delivering feedback that drives performance improvement.
Participants will learn how to engage their team members in meaningful conversations that support development and growth, as well as how to handle challenging feedback situations with confidence and tact.
This practical three-hour workshop ensures ample opportunity for participants to practice their new skills through interactive demonstrations and activities.
Key Learnings:
- Understand how to leverage neuroscience techniques to deliver effective, quality coaching and feedback.
- Learn our four-step coaching process which guides you through setting the scene, seeking understanding, sharing ideas and recommendations, and shaping an action plan.
- Explore strategies to successfully manage off-topic responses and comments, effectively engage quiet or avoidant individuals, and tactfully deal with dominating or derailing behaviour.
